Required Skills:
- Experience using analytics, user research, and other approaches to facilitate decision making and product iteration
- Experience working with, designing, or maintaining engineering systems
- Experience working with distributed teams.
- Experience working with product management and design teams.
- Experience leading or managing workshops, design sprints and design studios.
- Experts in design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD.
- High level of refinement in all aspects of product design: user research, prototyping, interaction and visual design.
